Wellness Ambassador Program

The Wellness Ambassador program is lead by an open-minded and non-judgmental group of student leaders who are passionate about personal health and the health and wellness of others in their community. They support their fellow students' health and well-being by offering programs on a variety of topics, including nutrition, safe partying, safer sex, sexual health, healthy relationships, eating disorders, body image, stress management, fitness, and sleep. This work is accomplished through active collaboration with students, faculty, and staff from across campus to advocate for a health-conscious culture in the Simmons community.
