Fit at Simmons

Fit at Simmons offers a variety of fitness and recreational activities and events throughout the academic year, including group exercise classes, Yoga classes, fitness field trips and outings, and running club. The program's mission is to provide opportunities to help encourage students to stay active, incorporate regular exercise into their lives, and to develop lifestyles of physical fitness and health. Most events are free for students and are supported by a generous gift from Nancy Gavrin, Simmons '58.
