Wellness Ambassador Events & Programs

Wellness Ambassador events and programs are open to anyone from the Simmons College community. 

Guided Meditation & Relaxation Sessions – A regular meditation and relaxation practice is an effective treatment for stress, worry, lack of focus, and more. Check back for more information on our Fall 2016 sessions. 

Special Events – Wellness Ambassadors host various special events throughout the year, such a sleep week and sex week. Check back for more information on our Fall 2016 special events.

Tuesday Taboo Topics – Our Taboo Topic events explore typically taboo health and wellness topics. Presentations are led by expert guest speakers, followed up with an active Q&A session. Check back for more information on our Fall 2016 Taboo Topic events.

Wellness Wednesdays – Wellness Wednesdays are casual, fun, informative open-house style health and wellness events hosted by one of the Wellness Ambassadors. Check back for more information on our Fall 2016 Wellness Wednesdays. 

"Ask a Wellness Ambassador" – Have a health and wellness question? Leave your question in the drop box outside our office (W-005A) or email wellness@simmons.edu. A Wellness Ambassador will answer your question and post a response on our Facebook page. All questions will be answered anonymously. Miss a past issue?
