Location
All workshops will be held at Simmons College, 300 The Fenway. For directions to Simmons, please visit our directions page.
Parking
Due to limited parking in the urban area around Simmons, we encourage you to use alternative transportation when commuting to Simmons. You can find a list of nearby garages on our off-campus parking page.
CE Information
CE’s will be available to each workshop participant. To be eligible for CE’s, participants must be present for any workshop in its entirety. CE certificates will be issued by the instructor at the conclusion of each workshop.
Confirmations/Cancellations/Refunds
Your registration will be acknowledged via e-mail or confirmation card. Courses that have insufficient enrollment will be cancelled one week in advance; you will be notified if the class is cancelled and receive a full refund. If you need to cancel, a full refund minus a $10 administrative fee will be granted provided you notify us by email at least ten days in advance. Otherwise, you will be issued a full credit that can be used for a future Simmons School of Social Work professional education event.
Registration
You may register and pay for courses online using a credit card or e-check or print and mail the registration form with a check or money order. To view the current courses, register, and pay online please visit the Professional Education section.
Costs
Payment in full must accompany your registration. Payment may be made by check, money order or credit card (credit cards-online only).
Discounts
Agencies qualify for a 5% discount if they register and pay for three employees simultaneously. A 10% discount will apply when registering and paying for five or more employees simultaneously. Registrations must be submitted together by mail along with a check or purchase order.
Current Simmons SSW field instructors and training directors may register for two six-hour professional education courses by paying $10 each. Enrollment in each course is limited to three field instructors/training directors. To register, please complete the registration form and mail it along with a check to Professional Education at Simmons School of Social Work, 300 The Fenway, Boston, MA 02115.
Scholarships are not available.
