Location
All programs are held at Simmons College, 300 The Fenway.

Food
Food service is available in the Main College Building in the Fens cafeteria and/or Java City. For directions to Simmons please visit www.simmons.edu/visit/directions.shtml.

Parking
Parking is available in the Simmons garage. Participants in certificate programs may purchase discount parking for the duration of the program at the Simmons Parking Office in the Main College Building, E-008. Participants in day-long workshops may also park in the Simmons garage. They will be given discount coupons to use when exiting the garage. CE Information
CEs will be available to each professional education participant. To be eligible for CEs, participants must be present for any workshop in its entirety. Participants are required to sign in and sign out. Certificate program participants may miss up to two class sessions, but will be required to make up any missed session by completing an alternative assignment. CE certificates will be issued by the instructor at the conclusion of each workshop or program.

Confirmations/Cancellations/Refunds
Your registration will be acknowledged via e-mail or confirmation card. Courses/programs that have insufficient enrollment will be cancelled one week in advance; you will be notified if the class is cancelled and receive a full refund. If you need to cancel, a full refund minus a $20 administrative fee will be granted provided you notify us by email at least ten days in advance. Otherwise, you will be issued a full credit that can be used for a future Simmons School of Social Work professional education event.

Costs
The cost for each workshop and certificate program is listed with each program. Payment in full must accompany your registration. Payment may be made by check, money order or credit card.

Scholarships are not available.
