CE Materials

Instructions to receive CEs:

• Read all eight units of the course
• Print out and complete the 15 question Final Post Test (link below)
• Print out and complete the Course Evaluation (link below)
• Send the completed Final Post-Test, Course Evaluation and CE fee (payable to NASW) to:

  NASW will mail you a Certificate of Completion for 3 CEs for Social Workers. To receive your Certificate 80% of post-test answers must be correct. If you encounter any problems with the CE process please email chapter@naswma.org.

The fees for receiving CEs are:

• NASW member: $30.00
• Non-member: $45.00
• Retired /Unemployed NASW member: $20.00
