Assistant Director of Crisis/MCI Manager

Job Description
Great opportunity exists for an experienced Crisis Clinician looking for career advancement and a leadership role! The Assistant Director/MCI Manager assists the Program Director by overseeing day to day operations of the Emergency Services Team, providing clinical and administrative supervision of staff, and assisting in the quality assurance of clinical documentation.
Supports the Program Director in supervision and oversight of the day to day operations of the Crisis Team
Provides quality assurance by reviewing all written evaluations and providing feedback to clinicians
Assists the Program Director in development of crisis plans for high risk clients in collaboration with programs throughout the community
Serves as a liaison with IT Department of SSMH in the development and maintenance of the CIT computer program
Ensures coordination of treatment efforts and case management services for each child and adolescent client requiring such services
Provides clinical supervision and training to all BA and Masters level clinicians and family specialists
Provides mobile response to children, adolescents and adults in crisis in their home settings, as well as other community based settings as needed
Applies principles of rehabilitation as a framework for their work and instructs other team members in this model
Job Requirements
Masters degree in Social Work or related field
MA Independent Clinical License
Minimum of 4 years experience in a crisis setting
Minimum of 2 years post-masters experience in clinical field
Experience in providing clinical or administrative supervision in a mental health setting required
