For the 2007-2008 academic year, tuition is $811 per credit hour, or $27,574 for 1st year full-time enrollment (34 credits) in the M.S.W. program. For U.S. citizens and permanent residents, the options for financial assistance include federal loans, grants, and scholarships. Awards vary from year to year depending on the number of applicants, their financial need, and available resources. Applicants are strongly encouraged to apply for financial aid at the same time they apply to the school.
A complete application includes the Simmons Application for Graduate Financial Aid, the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), and any additional supporting documents that may be required. Deadlines for financial aid application are March 1 for the summer and fall and October 1 for the spring.
