Kathleen Rose, LICSW

Kathleen Rose has worked in early intervention in Boston for the past 14 years. She started her career as a social worker doing home visits with families with children with special needs, helping families access resources both in the community and within themselves as they adjusted to having a child with a disability. Ms. Rose has also served as Director of the Thom Boston Metro Early Intervention program for 13 years. In her role as Director, Ms. Rose supervises both L.C.S.W. staff and the allied health staff as they help families adjust to their child's disability and transition from EI to the Boston Public School system. She enjoys supervising staff new to the field as they develop the skillset needed to be effective social workers.
