Priscilla Mahoney graduated from Boston College in 1985 with a Graduate degree in Counseling Psychology and also received her M.S.W. from Boston College in 1991. During more than 27 years of practice, she has worked in a variety of clinical settings which include outreach therapy, partial hospital programs, in-patient psychiatric hospital programs as well as dual diagnosis programs. Ms. Mahoney has also served for 17 years as an administrator in several hospitals in Massachusetts and has provided supervision for social work staff and ancillary staff as well as Masters level social work interns. She has been instrumental in the development of programs for trauma survivors and is currently a volunteer therapist for Give an Hour serving military personnel. Ms. Mahoney received additional training as a mediator and has provided mediation services in the district court system as well as in private practice. Ms. Mahoney currently is in private practice on the South Shore where she provides therapy for individuals, couples and families as well as mediation services
