Kathleen Reardon has taught Human Behavior in the Social Environment since 1983. This course reflects her interest in how theory shapes social work practice and her interest in the importance of clinicians taking responsibility for examining the ideas that guide their practice. She has also taught narrative practices at Simmons. She completed her M.S.W. and Ph.D. in clinical social work and has participated in many advanced training opportunities at the Family Institute of Cambridge in the area of collaborative and narrative practices. She has worked in a community based setting for over thirty years with children, adolescents, adults and families. In addition to clinical work, she has presented at numerous conferences and parent workshops.
