Julia Higdon, M.Ed.
Julia Higdon received a Master's degree in International Education Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education in 2012 and is currently an advanced doctoral student. Her dissertation research focuses on attitudes toward minority groups among adolescents in Europe. She is also interested in issues of measurement, and in the development of scales that would be useful cross-national measures of civic knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Her qualifying paper, "National identity, European identity, and attitudes toward migration and immigration among adolescents" was passed with distinction at HGSE in September 2013.
