Make a Gift

Thank you for considering making a gift to the School of Management. Your contribution will provide the critical support needed to build a stronger SOM overall and to fund key initiatives that are critical to the School's ongoing success. Our 2007 priorities are aimed toward ideals of women, power and leadership, these include:

Faculty Research and Publication. Funding will support SOM Faculty in their research and publication efforts, which will optimize the School's opportunity for success in obtaining additional business school accreditation with AACSB International. This status is the hallmark of excellence in management education and will provide the SOM stronger footing in a competitive MBA market.

Global Initiative. The SOM wants to expand globally through international admissions outreach, support for international students, and electives in international management, which will increase diversity in the classroom and support the School’s strategy to graduate managers who can successfully navigate today’s complex global market.

Principled Leadership. Our commitment to principled leadership will make certain that SOM students graduate with a firm grounding in ethical decision-making  and new ways of thinking about aligning profitability and social responsibility.

Reputation Building. We hope to build the SOM’s reputation in the business world with increased corporate outreach, faculty speaking engagements, and industry forum participation. With enhanced visibility, the SOM will be viewed as a key resource specializing in the advancement of women in organizations.

As you know, no school can continue to build its reputation and offer top quality education without supplemental funding from gifts and grants. In addition to the initiatives mentioned above, a gift to The Simmons Fund for the SOM produces the financial aid, wireless classroom technologies, training tools and fieldwork opportunities that enable professors to teacher, graduate students to learn, and alumnae to succeed.

Give today, by completing our secure online giving form on the Simmons Alumnet site.
