Explore the leadership behaviors that are needed for success and identify ways to strengthen your leadership practices. We will begin the day with a best-practice model for what it means to be a leader, and explore how you are alreadying "doing leadership" and how you can hone your skills. In the afternoon we will focus on a critical component of leadership - executive presence. Acknowledging that executive presence is in the eye of the beholder, and that women are additionally challenged due to social gendered expectations, we'll provide actionable information to help you develop an authentic and powerful presence.
