Katie Schuller-Bleakie is a business professional and an investing member of Golden Seeds, a group of largely women investors investing in women-led early stage businesses. Katie has over 25 years of experience in investment finance, advertising, fashion, entrepreneurship, and operations management including her role as co-founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of Bill Blass New York, a design and marketing company. She also co-managed her family's investment company, which held interests in stocks and bonds, real estate, and oil and gas. Currently, she consults for several start-ups, is a board member for Proxy Apparel and several non-profits, and serves on the Entrepreneurial Advisory Board Simmons School of Management.

Susan Murcott is an inventor, environmental engineer, Senior Lecturer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a global advocate for clean drinking water access for the world's poor. As founder and chief evangelist for the nonprofit organization, Safe Water for 1 Billion People, Murcott is globally recognized for her contribution to the emerging field of household water treatment and safe storage in undeveloped and emerging economies. Her commitment has led Susan to develop, often in partnership with her students, on-the ground clean water projects in Nepal, Haiti, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic, Brazil, Peru, Kenya, Ghana, Bangladesh and Cambodia over the last 15 years. She commonly notes that she works primarily on behalf of women, who are largely responsible for water, and children who suffer disproportionately from its pollution.
