SOM entrepreneurship professor speaks at Academy of Management meeting
On February 2, 2008, Teresa Nelson, the Elizabeth J. McCandless Professor of Entrepreneurship, spoke at the Executive Committee meeting of the Entrepreneurship Division of the Academy of Management. Dr. Nelson spoke about working to promote scholarship that will reach academics and students around the world.
The Academy of Management is the leading professional association for scholars dedicated to creating and disseminating knowledge about management and organizations. Founded in 1936, the Academy of Management is the oldest and largest scholarly management association in the world. Today, the Academy is the professional home for 17272 members from 101 nations. The Entrepreneurship Division has 2226 members.
