WBZ News interviewed SOM faculty member Susan Sampson on November 19, 2007. Sampson discussed the 2007 holiday shopping season. Sampson stated “Things are a little slow, they’re off to a slow start. The National Retail Federation did a survey that saw that most people - about 71 percent of people—had only done 10 percent of their shopping.”
