SOM Professor and Center for Gender in Organizations Director Patricia Deyton, was interviewed by Noticias Nueva Inglaterra on WUNI-TV (Channel 27), the local affiliate of the national Univision network, which produces the No. 1 Spanish-language news program in New England. Patricia spoke about the partnership between Simmons School of Management and Madrinas, which will develop long-term research, mentoring and professional networking opportunities for Latinas in the workplace.
