Dean Merrill-Sands and Prof. Kolb moderate at Conference Board's Women's Leadership Conferences
Simmons SOM Dean Deborah Merrill-Sands and Deborah Kolb, Deloitte Ellen Gabriel Professor for Women and Leadership, moderated a panel discussion at the Conference Board’s Women’s Leadership Conferences held in both New York (April 4-5) and San Diego (April 26-27). The panel, entitled “Making it a Win-Win - Doing well for your organization and getting what you need to succeed” showcased recent SOM research as well as two of our organizational partners, Cathy Benko, Principal and National Managing Director, Initiative for the Retention and Advancement of Women at Deloitte and Touche, USA, and Lisa Quiroz, Vice President for Corporate Responsibility at Time Warner.
