Kolb presents at EMC event
Deborah Kolb, Deloitte Ellen Gabriel Professor for Women and Leadership, gave a presentation at EMC’s Women’s Leadership Forum titled, “Everyday Negotiation: Creating the Conditions for Success.” Kolb presented to over 200 employees at the event held in February. Kolb’s symposium is designed to explain the tools to negotiate effectively each time a businessperson is stepping up to a new leadership role. The workshop is based on two books written by Professor Kolb: Everyday Negotiation: Navigating the Hidden Agendas of Bargaining and Her Place at the Table: A Woman’s Guide to Negotiating Five Challenges of Leadership Success.
