Blake-Beard and Shapiro present at New England Networking Luncheon
SOM Professors Stacy Blake-Beard and Mary Shapiro led workshops at the February 10, 2006 New England Networking Luncheon hosted by the New England Group Network of Executive Women. Blake-Beard presented “Mentoring as a Catalyst for your Career,” which covered the topic of why mentoring is so important and what can be done to ensure access to mentors. Shapiro presented “Communicating Across Differences,” which explored how to increase communication effectiveness across different styles in the workplace.
