Dr. Stacy Blake-Beard facilitates WebSeminar
Dr. Stacy Blake-Beard, CGO Faculty Affiliate and SOM Associate Professor, co-facilitated the WebSeminar “Creating Career Action Plans” on December 15, 2005.
In this interactive WebSeminar, convened by Working Mother Media and sponsored by Simmons School of Management, participants explored and discussed a number of issues that are important to consider as you think about navigating your career journey. Professional development experts Dr. Blake-Beard and Patricia David, Managing Director and Global Head of Diversity and Employee Programs for Citigroup Corporate and Investment Banking, lead participants across the country through self-assessment, action planning, and mapping models in order to give them the tools they need to develop their own unique career map.
