SOM hosts discussion on women and leadership for Boston-area executives

On October 24, the SOM hosted “The Leadership Imperative: Women as Catalysts for Transformation.” The event featured a panel discussion with guests Lin Coughlin, editor of Enlightened Power How Women are Transforming the Practice of Leadership, Toni Riccardi ‘87 and SOM Professor Stacy Blake-Beard, contributors to Enlightened Power, and Burch Ford, Head of Miss Porter’s School. The event also served to welcome and introduce Dean Deborah Merrill-Sands to leaders in business, the community and philanthropy in the Boston area. The event was co-sponsored by U.S. Trust and Miss Porter’s School.
