Simmons executive education program featured in Boston Business Journal
The Sept. 2 Focus on Education/Continuing Ed. article entitled, “Made for a woman,” addressed local colleges’ response to the slow but steady increase in the number of women in top corporate positions. It highlighted Simmons SOM’s 30 years of experience in custom programs for female executives. Executive Education Director Martha Sheehan and Deloitte Ellen Gabriel Professor for Women and Leadership Deborah Kolb were interviewed for the article. “The Simmons program helps women recognize the gender dynamics at play, in the organization and in themselves,” Kolb said.
