Simmons School of Management’s leadership development program with Time Warner is featured in The Salary Reporter Blog “Why Aren’t More Women Leaders in the Workplace?” The blog discusses how Slyvia Ann Hewlett’s “Off-Ramps and On-Ramps” book, “examines Time Warner’s Breakthrough Leadership-a program that joins women from throughout the company, affording them a chance to network and refine their leadership skills.” The program was launched is 2003 and was developed by Patricia Fili-Krushel, Time Warner’s executive vice president for administration and Simmons School of Management.
