Fletcher presents at Jean Baker Miller Training Institute, Wellesley College

On March 6, Simmons SOM professor and CGO faculty affiliate presented at the Jean Baker Miller Training Institute’s “Relational Leadership…What Works, What Gets in the Way” workshop. Fletcher discussed the benefits of relational mentoring and how to put it into practice today in her workshop, “Mentoring: Pathway to the Top or Road to Nowhere?”.
