CGO survey featured in the Chronicle of Philanthropy
A recent survey on women fund raisers’ compensation conducted by the Center for Gender in Organizations (CGO) at Simmons School of Management was featured in the November 10 issue of the Chronicle of Philanthropy. The article, “Female Fund Raisers Make Less Than Men” included many of the statistics from the survey. In 2005, the average salary for women in the study was $67,271, which is 22 percent less than the $86,265 average salary for men.
