Dean Merrill-Sands featured in Chicago Tribune article

The article, which appeared on July 19, 2005, is titled “Gender assumptions block gains”. Dean Merrill-Sands asserts that, “The dearth of women in top leadership roles [at Fortune 500 companies] is striking.” She calls the root of the problem “gender dynamics in the workplace,” a problem she’s been studying for 15 years.

In the article, Dean Merrill-Sands also quotes from the findings of the 2004 Leadership Conference Survey on women and power.
