SOM power and leadershp study highlighed in the Boston Globe
On March 16, the Globe highlighted the SOM and HP study of 421 mid-and-senior level business women who attended its 2004 Boston conference. The story also quoted Dean Deborah Merrill-Sands as saying, “Women commonly exercise power through others and with others, rather than over others.”
