The second event in CGO’s 2003-2004 events series Gender at Work: A BOLD New Perspective, “Beyond Diversity: Working Across Differences for What?” held on November 4, 2003, questioned whether “diversity” is just another buzzword.
A panel of three CGO faculty who have done extensive research in the area discussed how new perspectives and strategies about social identities can make diversity and organizational change efforts successful.
