SOM faculty member Deborah Kolb was quoted in CareerBuilder.com's article entitled “Men Rule—At least in Workplace Attitudes” on February 5, 2008. The article is about people’s perception of women leaders in the office. Kolb states, “In our society, leadership has been coded as masculine…To be a leader you have to be decisive and take charge.
