Dean Deborah Merrill-Sands invited to serve as a Technical Advisor for the research project Women in Healthcare Leadership
Dean Deborah Merrill-Sands, and CGO Affiliate, has been invited to serve as a Technical Advisor during 2006-2008 for the research project Women in Healthcare Leadership. The study is being conducted by Catalyst, the Women’s Health Program at the University of Michigan Health System, and the Griffith Leadership Center at the University of Michigan School of Public Health. The goal of the research is to examine gender differences in access to leadership, research, and management positions among scientists, physicians, managers, and nurses, working in the US healthcare sector - including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical manufacturing, and large health systems.
