Expert Negotiation Faculty

Dr. Deborah Kolb is the Deloitte Ellen Gabriel Professor for Women and Leadership at the Simmons School of Management and co-founder of Simmons’s Center for Gender in Organizations. Kolb co-directs the Negotiations in the Workplace program at Harvard Law School's Program on Negotiation, where she is a senior fellow and previously served as executive director.

An authority on gender issues in negotiation and other forms of conflict management, she is the co-author of Her Place at the Table: A Woman's Guide to Negotiating Five Key Challenges to Leadership Success and Everyday Negotiations: Navigating the Hidden Agendas in Bargaining.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be received in writing. Cancellations received more than 30 days before the start of the program will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations received between 21 and 30 days prior to the program start receive a 50% refund. There is no refund for cancellations made within 20 days of the start of the program.
