Open programs for middle- to senior- level women

Simmons School of Management currently offers five Open Programs to the public throughout the year:

These content-rich programs teach key leadership competencies with additional emphasis on how gender dynamics affect organizational behavior and workplace culture.

Each program uses a variety of approaches, including case studies, personal coaching, role-playing exercises, peer experience sharing, and small group discussion.

Investing in Women Leaders

Giving high-potential women executives the leadership, analytic, communication, and negotiation skills they need is the cornerstone of our Executive Education programs.  We convene women across professional disciplines who are ready, willing, and able to assume increased leadership responsibilities within their organizations.

Business schools everywhere have discovered the value of executive education for women.  For more than 100 years, however, Simmons has been educating current and future women leaders. Simmons Executive Education attracts diverse clients, including governmental, nonprofit and corporate from diverse industries that include technology, media, financial and consulting services, communications, natural resources, manufacturing, pharmacuetical and life sciences.

“My Simmons Executive Education experience was phenomenal! The environment is so conducive to powerful learning, and the curriculum is exactly what’s needed to focus on becoming an effective leader.”
