Creating a Powerful Personal Brand

Place: 409 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston, MA
Program Fee: $850

Every leader has a brand--an operative reputation at work.  This dynamic workshop provides new and established leaders with the framework and tools they need to create a truly powerful personal brand--one that drives business performance and career success.   You will come away with a much clearer understanding of how closely your intention as a leader matches the perceptions (realities) of your stakeholders, and what you can do to more closely align the two. You will also explore key developmental issues and strategies on how to address them as a woman leader.

Who Should Attend

  • Professionals in middle- to senior-level positions
  • Women from all functional areas and industries.

Expert Faculty

This one-day course is taught by SOM alumnae and Principal of The Personal Brand Company, and nationally-recognized expert in the field of personal and leadership brand management, Sue Hodgkinson. She provides executive coaching, personal and intact team brand consulting, and presentation coaching to clients in the for-profit and not-for profit sectors. Ms. Hodgkinson is the creator of the proprietary methodologies, which she has applied with thousands of professionals throughout the U.S. who know they must strategically manage their own professional learning, leadership development and personal brand to succeed—for their company and themselves.

Susan Hodgkinson was named one of Boston's Top Ten Executive Coaches by Women's Business in 2005. Her work has most recently been featured on Chronicle, Fox News, NECN, WBIX Radio, and at The Conference Board, The Boston Chamber of Commerce, and in Employee Benefits News, The Merger & Acquisitions Advisor, Profiles in Diversity and Women's Business Journal.
