The topic of women and leadership is deeply infused in the curriculum at the SOM and is directly addressed in such courses as Strategy and Leadership; Leadership, Governance and Corporate Accountability; Leading Individuals and Groups; Organizations and their Environment; and many others.
Women and Leadership is also addressed directly in our custom and open enrollment Executive Education programs. Our custom clients come from a variety of sectors, including telecommunications, entertainment, professional services and the pharmaceutical industry. Industry leaders recognize the SOM as an authority on women and leadership and invest in their high-achieving women by sending them here for leadership education.
