SOM in the World
A Global Perspective
Acquiring a broad outlook - including an understanding of global industry and economics, international politics, and multicultural perspectives - is part of the plan at the SOM. Our collaborative academic community represents diverse cultures and professional experience from around the world. Approximately 22% of SOM students are of African, Latin, Asian or Native American descent, while 8% are from countries other than the United States. Their diverse experience and perspective provides a greater understanding of global issues that is essential for successful leadership.
