Master of Science: R.N. to M.S.

The R.N. to M.S. in Nursing Program is a unique curriculum designed for diploma and associate degree registered nurses who wish to obtain a graduate degree in nursing within a family nurse practitioner focus. The program is individually designed and paced to allow the student to complete the program in three to four years once the prerequisite courses are met. Specifics will vary depending upon experience and previous education.

For prospective students who would like to earn a Master of Science in Nursing online, the School of Nursing and Health Sciences offers the innovative Nursing@Simmons R.N. to M.S.N. program for aspiring Family Nurse Practitioners.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Application is only available for part-time enrollment in the September (fall) semester in this program. January(Spring) or May(summer) entry options are not available.
