The Simmons graduate PT program has subscribed to  the APTA PTCAS system, a common application process. The Simmons application deadline for consideration of admission to summer 2009 is December 1,2008. Please visit the APTA website for information about this new application process;also note that a supplemental form is required by Simmons and will be available on this site this August.

DPT Bridge Application Materials

Standard Application
A Standard Application is for students who do not wish to request to waive any of the required courses in the Bridge program.

Advanced Standing Application
The Advanced Standing Application is for students who wish to request a waiver for one or more of the required courses in the D.P.T. Bridge program. The Portfolio Request to Waive form must be completed and included in the application packet.
