DPT Application Materials

The December 1 application deadline for entry to 2009 has passed. Applications are no longer being accepted. Check this web site again in August 2009 for information about the application process for 2010.

Post-bachelor's students applying to the Professional DPT program(campus-based) must apply via PTCAS (Physical Therapy Common Application System). The Simmons application deadline is December 1 for consideration of admission for the class entering the following June. In addition to submitting an application to PTCAS, Simmons requires a Supplemental Application. Application fees are non-refundable. The Educational Testing Service(ES) has established a new TOEFL code 5312 for the American Physical Therapy Association. Applicants should arrange for ETS to send their official TOEFL score using this new code,which is used by PTCAS applicants only. DPT Bridge(Transitional-for licensed PTs) Application Materials

The DPT Bridge application will be available in August.

Standard Application
A Standard Application is for students who do not wish to request to waive any of the required courses in the Bridge program.

Advanced Standing Application
The Advanced Standing Application is for students who wish to request a waiver for one or more of the required courses in the D.P.T. Bridge program.
