DPT Application Materials
Post-bachelor's students applying to the Professional DPT program(campus-based) must apply via PTCAS (Physical Therapy Common Application System). The Simmons application deadline is December 1 for consideration of admission for the class entering the following June. In addition to submitting an application to PTCAS, Simmons requires a Supplemental Application. Please see below for a PDF of that document for downloading. Application fees are non-refundable. The Educational Testing Service(ES) has established a new TOEFL code 5312 for the American Physical Therapy Association. Applicants should arrange for ETS to send their official TOEFL score using this new code,which is used by PTCAS applicants only.
