Ms. Loftus is in her ninth year as coordinator of the first clinical experience for nursing students. She is also actively involved in the Dix Scholar's Program designed for adult learners to join the nursing program. Ms. Loftus is involved in a research project on diversity looking at barriers to success for nursing students. Ms. Loftus is an active member of Sigma Theta Tau and the MA Coalition of Nurse Practitioners.
