Mr. Huddleston has a strong background in physical rehabilitation, cardiac wellness and lifestyle behavior change. He has worked at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Masachusetts General Hospital, and York Hospital. He is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine. He is aso the author of several abstracts and articleson topics ranging from the mind/body connection to exercise conditioning.
