Ms. Berube has been an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Simmons College since 1993. Her background and clinical expertise in both Maternal-Child Health and Adult Health and their related issues have provided the foundation for her teaching. Ms. Berube has taught courses across the undergraduate curriculum. She maintains a clinical practice as an Adult Health Nurse Practitioner in southern New Hampshire. Ms. Berube is actively involved in professional organizations including Sigma Theta Tau International, where she serves as faculty counselor for the undergraduate nursing program at Simmons. Professor Berube has presented to various organizations and schools concerning adolescent pregnancy and children's response to loss.
