The School of Nursing and Health Sciences offers four post-master's certificates called C.A.G.S., Certificate in Advanced Graduate Study: C.A.G.S. in Health Profession Education (completely online), C.A.G.S. in Health Care Administration, C.A.G.S. in Nursing, and C.A.G.S. in Occupational Health Nursing. Applicants must have a master's degree in order to apply to any of these certificates.

The newest C.A.G.S. is the Certificate in Occupational Health Nursing.

The Certificate in Health Profession Education is designed for individuals with clinical experience in the health care profession who wish to teach. It is a stand alone credential or it can be used as a bridge to the Ph.D. in Health Profession Education offered by the College of Arts and Sciences.

The C.A.G.S. in Health Care Administration (HCA) prepares individuals to be leaders or administrators in the health care profession. The program is individually designed and is based on the individual's strengths and career focus.

The C.A.G.S. in Nursing is designed for individuals who have a master's degree in nursing and wish to enhance their clinical skills and prepare for the Nurse Practitioner (NP) exam in adult or pediatric specialty areas.
