Submit a Simmons Community Event

In order to post an event to the Official Simmons Community Events Calendar, simply complete the following form. Calendar submissions are generally posted within 24 hours.

Please take note of the following

  • Required fields are indicated by bold text and an asterisk (*).
  • Only calendar notices that are submitted with a valid Simmons e-mail contact address ("@simmons.edu" and including authorized alumnae/i) will be processed.
  • This calendar is for events open to the general public. Any events relating only to the Simmons Community should be posted in Campus Announcements.
Please leave description length to 1 paragraph or shorter. Be sure to indicate any fees associated with attendance as well as any requirements the event may have of participants.
