RDG 406 - The Structure of Language for Teachers
4 sem. hrs. Provides an overview of the structure of the language and methods to teach reading and spelling through multisensory and associative teaching techniques. Progresses in a sequential, systematic, hierarchical order to cover phonemes, graphemes, and patterns of English. Includes morphological (rules for the addition of prefixes and suffixes) and syntactical structure. Chumley.
