Simmons College

Cheryl Howard, vice president of marketing, joined Simmons in 2007.  For the previous 23 years, Ms. Howard served in a number of national and international marketing, brand, and customer relations positions at The Gillette Company and at Digital Equipment Corporation.  In her last assignment at Gillette, she was vice president for personal care, a $450-million division of the company.  Ms. Howard holds a doctorate in business administration from Harvard, in addition to an MBA. She also has taught marketing, consumer behavior, and advertising courses at the graduate and undergraduate level at colleges in the Boston area. Ms. Howard received her bachelor's degree from Simmons College.
