Simmons is widely recognized for its commitment to the integration of liberal arts and professional learning and practice. The first Director of Simmons' Center for Excellence in Teaching will work closely with the Provost, deans, faculty, and staff in all five schools, and will have the opportunity to engage with and develop programs that support our core values and meet the goals of the strategic plan and mission of the College.
Director of Simmons Online
The Director of Online Programs will provide strategic leadership for the design, development and implementation of online initiatives using state-of-the-art technologies and instructional design. Simmons is poised to enter the online market in a coordinated, aggressive manner. The Director role is being established at a pivotal moment in Simmons's history and will oversee an online program that is intended to reinforce the Simmons brand, generate incremental revenue, and develop a sustainable competitive advantage.
