Simmons College has two travel partners to assist in making College-related flight arrangements:
- Egencia Corporate (formally Expedia Corporate)
If you currently do not have a login to Egencia Corporate, please email the Assistant Buyer, kelly.williams@simmons.edu or call 2155 to setup an account. Please provide traveler name, arranger (if applicable) and budget number.
Hotel Accommodations
Simmons College has special corporate rates with the following local and national hotels. Discounts can be used for business or personal travel.
Payment will be the responsibility of the individual. In the case of invited guests to the College, please note that each hotel has different reservation requirements. It is the responsibility of the department to cancel reservations when required.
Local Hotels
- Best Western/Inn at Longwood: Simmons College has negotiated direct bill arrangements for business travel with the Best Western/Inn at Longwood. Call the Hotel In-House Reservation Department at 617-731-4700. Please state that you are making a Direct Bill Reservation. After the reservations has been made, provide the Confirmation number, Guest Name, Arrival Date, Departure Date, and Budget number to Kelly.tracey@simmons.edu. A direct bill authorization form will be sent to the hotel as well as the requestor. If the hotel does not receive the direct bill authorization form, the Guest will be responsible for the accommodations.
