Many departments can use this generic stationery by incorporating contact information in the letter, thus taking advantage of cost, staff and storage savings and limit overbuying. There is no cost to your department for use of this stock.
The Shipping and Receiving Department stores an inventory of generic stationery for your convenience. To order, please contact email@example.com and provide the product needed, quantity, budget number (for internal records) and room location. Your order will automatically be delivered to your office.
We know that by the nature of business conducted in some departments, it will be necessary to continue use of the personalized stock. Since there are costs associated with this stationery, please secure the additional approval of your President's Direct Report on the purchase requisition.
