Refunds for Unused Parking
Parking Cash, semester, and monthly permit refunds are available by request from the Campus Card Office when leaving the College. Semester and monthly permit refunds are prorated based on the number of weeks remaining on the active permit at the time of processing. Parking refunds are issued by check and require 3-4 weeks for processing.
To apply for a refund, please email commute@simmons.edu with your name, ID number, and mailing address.
Please note that you may also choose to have your remaining parking cash funds transferred to your Fenway Cash for you to use on campus if you are no longer parking but still at the college. If you would like to have your parking cash funds transferred to your Fenway Cash, please email commute@simmons.edu with your name, ID number, and state that you would like your funds to be transferred.
